Daily News presents the highly anticipated 1st TSADA Cagayan
de Oro Photo Walk with Street Photography and Festival Lecture! The event is
happening on August 20, 2017 (Sunday).
Camera Club of Cagayan de Oro is a Photography group composed of
Professional, Hobbyist, and Amateur photographers that aims to foster the
appreciation and understanding of photography, promoting camaraderie amongst
fellows, and encourages the growth of technical knowledge and artistic vision
through photographic imagery.
The “TSADA Cagayan de Oro Photo Walk”, is one of the official PARALLEL events of the Higalaay Festival 2017. It is the first social photography event
by the Camera Club of Cagayan de Oro. The Photo Walk aims to promote Cagayan de
Oro City as a destination to choose from amongst other places in the country.
It aims to showcase the historical and heritage sites, infrastructure and
selected tourism destinations, and capturing images of its people during the
Higalaay Festival, Cagayan de Oro’s very own festivity particularly the 4 core
events of the said festival. This event provides opportunities to the
participants to actively engage in programs and activities promoting the
quality of life. It will start at Plaza Divisoria around 6 in the morning on
the said date and will convene at a 1A Express Hotel located in CM Recto Avenue, Cagayan de Oro for the
Street Photography and Festival Lecture at 12nn and to share the participants images and
experiences over food.
The 1st TSADA Cagayan de Oro Photowalk Event is open for all participants who wish to join the gathering although slots are limited.

Photographers joining the photowalk are requested to bring the following:
-Digital Single Lens Reflex/Translucent cameras, and/or Mirrorless Interchangeable Lens cameras
-Point-and-Shoot camera owners are also welcome to join
-A good tripod
-Extra shirt
